How does Nini predict my period?
Nini uses your recorded cycle history to estimate future dates on your phone. Predictions can be inaccurate; they do not confirm ovulation or pregnancy. Nini is not a contraceptive, diagnosis or medical advice.
How do I turn on backup?
You → Data & privacy → Encrypted backup. Write down the 12-word recovery phrase; without it a backup cannot be restored by anyone, including Baem Tech.
Delete an account or request data deletion
In the app, open You → Account → Delete account, or You → Data & privacy → Delete everything for local records. A connection and a successful server response are necessary for remote deletion; retry a failed request. Uninstalling alone does not erase server data.
Without the app, email techbaem@gmail.com with subject “Nini account deletion” from your sign-in email (or explain that you use Apple's private relay). State whether you want the entire account or only selected service data deleted. We may ask for account-ownership verification. Never send passwords, your recovery phrase or health records. Account deletion removes the account profile, sessions, account-linked encrypted backup, raw usage events and inbox records. Billing records can be retained for legal and fraud-prevention purposes; independent recovery-vault copies require the backup deletion controls.
Subscriptions and ads
Both monthly and yearly Plus remove in-app banner ads. Prices, billing period and any eligible introductory offer are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing. Use Restore purchases on the Plus screen with the correct store account. Can I change my companion?
Yes: You → Companion. Nini the rabbit is the default; seven other companions are available and the choice is saved on your device.
Something looks wrong
Email techbaem@gmail.com with the app version, phone model and OS version. Redact personal and health information from screenshots. We cannot decrypt a backup or recover a lost recovery phrase.
